Reba Louise Swingle

Reba Louise Swingle, age 91, died of natural causes on Sunday, October 27, 2013. She was born in Grenada, MS but had been a resident on the coast for many years, having lived in Pascagoula, Ocean Springs, and Biloxi. Reba served in the United States Marine Corps during WWII. For all of her professional life, she was a beautician and hairdresser. Although Reba did not have children of her own, she was a second mother to her nieces and nephews. Reba is survived by her sister, Josephine Chamberline of Memphis, TN as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be at Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home in Ocean Springs, MS from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m on Friday, November 1, 2013. A brief funeral service will follow at 10:00 a.m. on the same date and at the same location. Following the funeral service, Reba will be interred at Crestlawn Memorial Park.
