Rhonda Lynn "Nana" Simmons

Rhonda Lynn “Nana” Simmons, 60, of D’Iberville, MS passed away on Monday, August 1, 2022 in Ocean Springs.

Miss Simmons was born on February 26, 1962 in Biloxi, MS to Harold and Delores Simmons. She graduated from St. Martin High School and MGCCC, Jackson County Campus where she received her degree in nursing. Miss Simmons was employed at Garden Park Hospital (Singing River Gulfport). She was an avid New Orleans Saints fan and enjoyed crocheting and reading. 

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Miss Simmons’ survivors include her brothers, Harold Simmons, Jr., Cecil (Terri) Simmons, Michael (Tricia) Simmons and Randy Simmons; her nieces, Jamie and Logan; her nephews, Mitchell and Tyler; and her fur baby, Brie.

The family wishes to extend a special thanks to her coworkers and to the nursing staff at Ocean Springs Hospital.

A graveside service will be held at Biloxi City Cemetery on Saturday, August 13, 2022 at 10:00 am.
