Richard A. Marvil

Richard A. Marvil, age 74, of Pass Christian, passed away on Tuesday, September 15, 2026.

Richard was born on January 3, 1952, in Chester, PA. He served in the US Air Force and retired as Fire Chief of the Pass Christian Fire Department. He enjoyed watching Nascar racing and hot rods.

Richard was preceded in death by his parents, William H. Marvil and Vyonne L. Kramer and brother, Robert Marvil.

Survivors include his wife, Vikki Marvil; children, Mandy Marvil Suk and Heather Marvil Rhodes; grandchildren, Hayden Suk and Isabella Suk; and sister, Robin Seltzer.

A memorial service will be held at 12:15 p.m. on Friday, September 25, 2026, at Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home, 1726 15th Street, Gulfport, MS. Friends may visit beginning at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Biloxi National Cemetery with honors by the US Air Force.
