Richard Edward Baumgart, 74, of Saucier, MS died on Sunday, January 29, 2012. Mr. Baumgart was born on November 1, 1937 in Mission, TX. He is preceded in death by his parents, Edgar Edward and Nellie Mae Wooley Baumgart; brother, Vernon Collins. Mr. Baumgart is survived by his wife, Norma C. Ladner Baumgart of Saucier, MS; children, Rebecca (Becky) Moran (Charlie) of Gulfport, MS, David Baumgart (Jamie) of Wiggins, MS, Brenda Shaw (Thomas) of Reform, AL; brothers, Eugene (Gene) Collins (Imogene) of Marble Falls, TX, Ray Baumgart (Nancy) of Burnett, TX and Charles Baumgart (Phyllis) of Pflugerville, TX; one aunt, Viola Wooley of Burnett, TX; twelve grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be Wednesday, February 1, 2012 at 11:15 a.m. at the O’Neal Road Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home. Friends may visit from 10:00 a.m. until service time. Interment will follow in Biloxi National Cemetery.
