Richard "Cleve" Hughes

Richard “Cleve” Hughes, age 66, passed away at his home in the early morning hours of Thursday, December 21, 2017. Cleve was born in Meridian, Ms. He retired from Memphis, TN Police Department and Federal Express of Memphis, TN. Cleve was an avid motorcycle lover and a member of the Memphis Chapter of the Wild Pigs. He resided in Ocean Springs, Ms. He was preceded in death by his parents, Tommy and Christine Hughes; and his brother, Joseph Knight. Cleve is survived by his wife, Patricia O’Kelley Hughes. A Memorial Service will be held at the Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home on Saturday, January 6, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. Friends may visit one hour prior to service. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the TN Baptist Boys Ranch, 9242 Quito Road, Millington, TN 38053.
