Richard "Rick" Riggins, 75, of Vancleave, MS passed away Thursday, September 3, 2026. He was born February 6, 1951.
A funeral service will be held at 2 pm on Wednesday, September 9, 2026 at the Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home. Friends are invited to visit one hour prior. Interment will follow at Crestlawn Memorial Park.
