Richard Leroy Samson

Richard Leroy Samson, 85, of Biloxi, died Sunday, April 19, 2026, in Biloxi.

Mr. Samson was born in Beloit, WI on June 19, 1940. He previously served in the United States Air Force. Mr. Samson was an electrician and was employed by Lamey Electric and Memorial Hospital at Gulfport. Mr. Samson was a loving stepfather and enjoyed gardening, exercise, and football.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Ingrid Samson, and is survived by his stepchildren, Barney H. Bailey, Marian V. Sherry, Susan L. Bailey, and Kevin R. Bailey, and a sister Phyllis Samson.

A graveside service with honors by the United States Air Force, will be Friday, May 1, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the Biloxi National Cemetery.
