Robert James Tyler

Robert James Tyler, 82, of Vancleave, MS died on Wednesday, February 29, 2012. Mr. Tyler was retired from the US Navy and MS Power. He was a member of Lemoyne Baptist Church. Mr. Tyler is preceded in death by his parents, George and Mary Brotherson Tyler; wife, Alice Landrum Tyler; two sisters and six brothers. He is survived by one daughter, Ruby Provenzano of Vancleave; four brothers, Gary B. Tyler of Nashville, TN, Donald R. Tyler of Oneonta, NY, Allen H.S. Tyler of Daytona Beach, FL and Edward J. Tyler of Sun City CA; one grandchild and 2 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be on Friday, March 2, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at the Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home. Friends may visit from 1:30 p.m. until service time. Interment will follow in Crestlawn Memorial Park.
