Ronnie Henry Lee Lynch, 78 of Wiggins, MS passed away on Sunday, November 16, 2025.
He was born on August 30, 1947. Ron enlisted into the Vietnam War at the age of 18 and served two tours on the river patrols, better known as “River Rats’ or the “Brown Water Navy”, his words, not mine. After the war, Ron took care of his parents. He worked as a Computer Programmer for Gallo Wineries in California before moving to Mississippi to be closer and help take care of his sister, Betty Jo.
Ron worked at the Beau Rivage from 2000 to 2010 in Security. After retirement, he spent his days hanging out with his confidant and best friend, his “great” great niece, Melissa Robertson, who made sure he was always taken care of and always went to the best places for lunch.
Uncle Ron, as he was affectionately known, will be missed by all that loved him.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Guy Henry Lynch and Hazel Lea Lynch; and sisters, Jayne Charles and Berty Jo Curlee.
He is survived by multiple nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great- great nieces, and great- great nephews that will miss him dearly.
A special thank you to the Stone County Nursing and Rehabilitation Home for taking such great care of our Uncle Ron for the past five plus years.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00am on Friday, December 12, 2025 at the Biloxi National Cemetery.
