Rosemary Berthine Nuss

Rosemary Berthine Nuss, 80, passed away on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, in Mobile, AL. She was born in Desoto, MO on June 2, 1945, to parents, John Henry Hunter and Bertha Mae Dry. She was a long-term resident of the MS Gulf Coast and she enjoyed painting, cooking and gardening.

She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings George, Cathy, Belvedere and Margie. Survivors include her children, Sarah, Jennifer and Adam; her grandchildren, Emily and Nicolas; her siblings, James and Pauline and a brother of unknown status, Leon.

Visitation will be Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. at the O’Neal Road location of Bradford O’Keefe Funeral Home in Gulfport. A procession will begin at 10:00 a.m. from the funeral home to Floral Hills Memorial Gardens where a graveside service and interment will follow at 10:30 a.m.
