Ruth Everton Jean Holliman

Ruth Everton Jean Holliman, age 86, of Gulfport, passed away on Saturday, May 24, 2025.

Ruth was born on December 30, 1938, in Gulfport to Clifton Holliman, Sr. and Agnes May Holliman. She loved coloring, singing, Elvis Presley’s music, and Jesus.

Ruth was preceded in death by her parents; a stillborn brother who was unnamed; a stillborn sister who was unnamed; and brothers, Clifton Holliman, Jr., Jimmy Holliman, Sr., and Timothy Holliman, Sr.

Survivors include her sister-in-law/caregiver, Tonaya Holliman Smith (Kent); brother, Roy Holliman, Sr. (Margaret); sister, Ethel Gibson; and her beloved pet, Zoe Hart Lombardi.

A funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, May 30, 2025, at the O’Neal Road Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home in Gulfport. Friends may visit one-hour prior to service. Interment will follow at Three Rivers Church of God Cemetery. Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home, O’Neal Road, Gulfport, is honored to serve the Holliman family.
