Ruth R Miller

Mrs. Ruth R. Miller, age 72, of Vancleave, MS passed away on Monday, December 25, 2017. Mrs. Miller was a longtime resident of the coast for 26 years and a resident of Lafayette, La for over 26 years. She was employed in the delivery of oil rig supplies and later retired to become a housewife. Her two most favorite things to do were reading and playing Words with friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Grady Cooley and Doris Millwood, a son, Dennis Ray Canady and three sisters, Betty, Jan and Myrl. Survivors include her husband of 24 years, Jerry Miller, children, Donna (Tom) Crager, Joe (Pam) Canady, Debi (Les) Comeaux, Dee Dee (Bob) Luke, Brian (Amy) Miller, Dean Miller, Mark (Mandy) Cantrell and Regina (Todd) Delaune, a sister, Judy May, 16 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchilden and a host of nieces, nephews and other family members. Visitation will be on Thursday, December 28, 2017 from 5pm until 7pm, at the Vancleave Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home.
