Ruth V. Hessell

Mrs. Ruth V. Hessell, 86, a former resident of Gulfport, died Wednesday, May 9, 2007, in La Habra Heights, California. Mrs. Hessell was bron in Tuscon, Arizona and had been a resident of the coast since 1965 before moving to La Habra Heights in July 2005. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert A. Hessell, and a son, Michael Hessell Survivors include a daughter, Barbara Falconer and her husband, Jack, of La Habra Heights, CA; a duaghter-in-law, Donna Hessell of Columbus, OH; two sons, Robert E. Hessell and his wife, Ann, of San Diego, CA, and William E. Hessell and his wife, Ardeth, of Gulfport; six grandchildren, Michelle Solter, Julie Falconer, Daniel Hessell, Barbara Hessell, William Hessell and Matthew Hessell, and two great-grandchildren. The funeral service will be held Monday, May 14, 2007, at 1:30 p.m. at the Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home Chapel, O'Neal Road, Gulfport, where friends may visit one hour before service time. Interment will be in Biloxi National Cemetery.
