Sarah Belle Arguelles

Sarah Belle Arguelles, 88, of Biloxi, MS passed away Tuesday, April 9, 2024. Sarah was born in Tennessee on June 2, 1935 to Preston K. Meade and Mary B. Thaxton.

Though Sarah is a native of Tennessee, she has been a longtime resident of the MS Gulf Coast. She worked as a florist before retiring. Sarah has been a proud member of The Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses of Biloxi.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Albert Arguelles, Jr.; her son, Marty Smith; and her daughter-in-law, Wendy Clinton Arguelles.

Survivors include her daughters, Madeline (Chris) Raymond and Connie Hendry; sons, Albert Arguelles III and Rene Arguelles; 7 grandchildren; and 2 great grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held at 11:30 am on Wednesday, April 17, 2024 at the Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home. Friends are invited to visit from 10:00 am to 11:30 am. Interment will follow at Biloxi National Cemetery.
