Sarah Jean Rushing

On Sunday morning, April 10, 2016, Sarah Jean Rushing, age 20, of Ocean Springs, MS went to heaven to join her MawMaw and her Daddy in peace. Sarah was a 2014 graduate of St. Martin High School and a Radiology student at MGCCC. She enjoyed the outdoors, especially tubing, fishing and mud riding. Sarah had a big heart and was loved by everyone. Sarah’s survivors include her mother, Kim Rushing; brother, Shawn Rushing "Shawnee" DaDa, Marshall Anderson; PawPaw; Aunt Kelly; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews; and countless friends. A visitation will be held from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Thursday, April 14, 2016 with an 11:00 am service on Friday, April 15, 2016 all at First Presbyterian Church of Ocean Springs, where she was a member. The Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
