Scott Lewis Layfield

Mr. Scott Lewis Layfield, age 43, passed away on Monday, June 17, 2019. Mr. Layfield was born in Warner Robins, GA and has resided on the Gulf Coast since 1978. He loved the New Orleans Saints and especially loved spending time with his family. Mr. Layfield was preceded in death by his father, Luther Layfield and his step-father, Vernon Williams. Survivors include his wife, Rachelle Sellers; daughter, Dakota Layfield; brother, Billy Wayne Britt; and mother, Christine Williams. A visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 25, 2019 at the Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow at Coalville Cemetery.
