Shelly Marie Rowell

Shelly Marie Rowell, age 51, passed away on Monday, March 20, 2017. She was born in Biloxi and was a lifelong resident of the MS Gulf Coast. She graduated from Biloxi High School and was a loving mother, daughter and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her father, Armond Rowell. She is survived by her daughter, Kellie Rowell; mother, Patricia Rowell; grandmother, Inez Senseney; two grandchildren, Kailei and Kade; sisters, Kimberly Miller and Stacy (Joseph) Champagne; brother, Kirk Blair Rowell; and great aunt, Terry Jamison. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home at 7pm on Friday, March 24, 2017. Friends may visit from 6-8pm.
