Shirley Rogers

Mrs. Shirley Ann Rogers, 69, of Gulfport, MS, died Tuesday, October 23, 2012, in Gulfport. Mrs. Rogers was born in Cincinnatti, Ohio and had been a longtime resident of the MS Gulf Coast. She was formerly employed as resident supervisor of South Mississippi Regional Center and a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. Mrs. Rogers was preceded in death by her step-father, Charles T. Holman. Survivors include her husband of 48 years, Earnest Rogers; daughters, Sherry Ann Rogers of Dunedin, FL and Shelly Ann Rogers of Knoxville, TN; son, Thomas Rogers of Gulfport; mother, Opal Holman; brothers, Charles Holman, Mike Holman and Donald Holman all of Tennessee; six grandchildren, Brittany, Sean, Michael, Thomas, Nikki and Amanda; and two great grandchildren, Brandon and Addison. Funeral services will be 12:30 p.m. Friday, October 26, 2012, at Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, 2511 Pass Road, in Biloxi where friends may visit from 10:30 a.m. until service time. Interment will follow in Biloxi National Cemetery.
