Stanley Joseph Porado

Stanley J. Porado, 97, of Biloxi died Wednesday, September 16, 2009 in Gulfport. Stanley was a native of Stanford, CT and a longtime resident of Bridgeport and Fairfield, CT. He retired from Bullard Machine Co., was a former member of Assumption Catholic Church in Fairfield, CT and was currently attending St. Mary Catholic Church in Woolmarket. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Porado and a daughter, Marie Porado. Survivors include his son, Kenneth "Kenny" (Mary Lou) Porado of Woolmarket, his three canine companions, Zoie, Pipi and Cricket. Family prefers donations to: St. Mary Catholic Church, 8343 Woolmarket Rd. Biloxi, MS 39532. Mass of Christian Burial: Saturday, September 19, 2009, 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church where friends may visit one hour prior to Mass.
