Stephen J. Williams, 49, of Biloxi, MS passed away Monday, May 22, 2017 in Biloxi.
Growing up in Biloxi, Stephen was active in the Boy Scouts Troop 212 and 250 and was an altar server at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church. After graduating from Biloxi High School, he joined the Army and became an elite and highly-decorated Army Ranger.
Stephen is preceded in death by his mother, Linda Higginbotham Williams; father, Carlton Williams, Sr.; and brother, Carlton Williams, Jr.
Survivors include his fiancé, Teresa Ramirez; sister, Tina (Jessie) Marshall; stepmother, Karen Smith; stepbrothers, Garth (Melinda) Keely, Brett (Peri) Keely and Ryan Keely; stepsister Johnna (Brent) Keely-Miller; uncle, Morris Williams; aunts, Edna Guillory and Bernice Fables; nephew, TJ Williams; and nieces, Cassidy and Jordan Marshall.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, Special Ops Foundation or Humane Society.
A Graveside Service will be held at Biloxi National Cemetery on Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at 2:30 pm.
The Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
