Steven Edward Sanasac

We remember Steve Sanasac, whose kind heart touched the lives of everyone who knew him. Steve passed away on October 16, 2025, leaving behind cherished memories and lifelong friendships.

Steve was born in Gulfport, Mississippi, on April 4, 1975. He worked as a Service Manager at Matt Bowers Hyundai. Steve was a graduate of Harrison Central High School, Gulfport, Mississippi. Steve was also a member of the Knights of Columbus.

He was preceded in death by his father, Dannie Sanasac; maternal grandfather, Otto H. Roemer; grandmother, Althea; and paternal grandparents, Jimmie and Sue Sanasac.

Steve is survived by his loving wife, Rene; his mother, Patti; sister, Amie; and brother, Scott Sanasac. He is also survived by his nieces, Morgan Borne, Victoria Luther, and Haley Luther; nephew, Trey Borne; aunt and uncle, Teresa and David Harrison; and numerous cousins, David Jr. (Preethi), Gabe, Brennen, Nicholas, Jeremy, Roemer, Aimee, Emily, Jack, and Halen.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 26, 2025, at Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home, 1726 15th Street, Gulfport, Mississippi. Visitation is from 2:00 - 3:00 p.m. Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home, 15th Street, Gulfport is honored to serve the family of Steve Sanasac.
