Talbert "Carl" Bullard

Talbert “Carl” Bullard, 62, of Biloxi, MS passed away Monday, June 8, 2026. He was born August 10, 1963 in Hattiesburg, MS to Talmage and Patsy Bullard

Carl received his GED. He then attended Phillips Junior College where he received an associate degree in Business Management. As a loving husband, father, and brother, Carl most enjoyed spending time with his family. He also loved trying new foods, fishing, and watching football and baseball.

He is preceded in death by his parents; and sisters, Kay Laabs and Diane Harmon Williams.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Stephanie Harmon Bullard; children, Christina (Jason) Mullins, Tiffany D. Bullard, and Justin C. Bullard; grandchildren, Chance Mullins, Morgan Mullins, Bevyn Mullins, Peyton Mullins, and Solar Ray McIntyre Bullard; siblings, Kevin Bullard, Kimberly Stringer, and Rosemond Parker; and his loving fur babies, Enzo, Tango, and Snickers.

A celebration of life will be held at 4 pm on Saturday, June 20, 2026 at 10216 3rd Avenue, Suite B, D’Iberville, MS 39540
