Thuan Thi Nguyen

Mrs. Thuan Thi Nguyen, 47, of Ocean Springs, MS, died Saturday, January 13, 2007, in Ocean Springs. Mrs. Nguyen was a native of Vietnam and had been a resident of the coast for the past 28 years. She was the owner/operator of Stop-N-Save Grocery Store in Gulfport and a member of the Vietnamese Martyrs Catholic Church in Biloxi where she was a member of the Legion of Mary. She attended Cursillo. Mrs. Nguyen was preceded in death by her husband, Bac Nguyen and a daughter, Lisa Nguyen. Survivors include her two daughters, Linda Dang and her husband, Phi Dang, and Dianna Nguyen; three sons, Bobby Nguyen, Billy Nguyen and Barry Nguyen of Ocean Springs; her mother, Truot Nguyen; five sisters, My, Ly, Stacie, Thuy and Hanh; two brothers, Thanh and Khieu; two grandmothers, Linh Nguyen and Thac Nguyen, and two grandchildren, Peyton and Preston Dang. Visitation is Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 5 until 7 p.m. at the Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Homes in Biloxi. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, January 20, 2007, at 10:30 a.m. at the Vietnamese Martyrs Catholic Church. Interment will follow in Biloxi City Cemetery.
