Veda Mae Bellew

Veda Mae Bellew, age 82, of Long Beach passed away Wednesday, April 19, 2017 in Gulfport. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Long Beach. She loved her church and family and enjoyed crafts and yard sales. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jessie Gray Bellew; and her mother, Ethel Clara McDowell. Mrs. Bellew is survived by her four daughters, Sherrill D. Kittle Witt, Linda C. Rodriquez, Johnnie Sue Edwards, Theresa A. Coates; a son, John G. Bellew; eight grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren. The funeral service is Monday, April 24, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home, 15th Street, Gulfport where friends may visit beginning at 9:00 a.m. Interment follows at Biloxi National Cemetery.
