Veronica "Roni" Neely

Veronica "Roni" Neely, 58, died Monday, January 31, 2005 unexpectedly at home. Roni was born on August 18, 1946 in Lottie, LA. She was a longtime resident of Pascagoula and more recently of Gulfport. She was preceded in death by her parents, O.Y. and Littie Neely, sisters Kathryn Osborne and Betty Acosta. Survivors include three brothers: B.L. (Kathy) Fry of LaPorte, TX, J.B. (Zodeen) Fry of Pascagoula, MS, Delwayne (Paula) Neely of Marissa, IL and two sisters: Jackie Neely of Gulfport, MS and Patricia (Roger) Kollmansberger of Sun Prairie, WI. Roni was a graduate of Pascagoula High School and attended MS Gulf Coast Community Collge, Jackson County Campus. She worked at Ingalls Shipbuilding as a key punch operator. She was a member of Eastlawn Baptist Church of Pascagoula. Visitation will be from 1:30-2:00 P.M., Friday, February 4. 2005 with a memorial service following at 2:00 P.M. at Eastlawn Baptist Church. Graveside services will be at Jackson County Memorial Park. Roni's love of life and humor will be greatly missed by those who truly loved her.
