Vickie Lee White, age 52, of Saucier, MS passed away Sunday, May 21, 2017 in Gulfport.
Vickie was a lifelong resident of D’Iberville. She was a graduate of D’Iberville High School and she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services and two Associates Degrees of Applied Science. Vickie also worked as an EMT as well as for Gulf Coast Search and Rescue. She also volunteered for the Lizana Fire Department and she was a part of Southern Mississippi Crisis Response Team. Vickie enjoyed fishing. She was a loving daughter, sister, mother and grandmother.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Kathleen Skinner Bowman.
Vickie’s survivors include her son, James A. White; her granddaughters, Ava Lei White and Alyse Lynn White; her siblings, Madison Bowman, William Bowman, II, Sherry Bowman Touchet, Julia Bowman, Tammy Watts, Fallon Caldwell and Bruce Caldwell; her two dads, William Bowman and Leroy Caldwell; a host of nieces and nephews; and her beloved K9 companion, Ringo.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made for funeral expenses.
A Memorial Service will be held at Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home, O’Neal Road on Saturday, May 27, 2017 at 3:00 pm. Friends may visit from 2:00 pm until service time.
