Wade Dwaine Beech, born December 19, 1944, to Homer and Doris Beech, passed away on Wednesday, April 29, 2026.
Dwaine was truly a jack of all trades—there wasn’t anything he couldn’t build, paint, or guide someone else to complete. A master craftsman, artist, and musician, he poured creativity and passion into everything he touched. Even in his later years, after a debilitating stroke, Dwaine’s determination never faded. From sunup to sundown, he could still be found in his shop, building mailboxes, boats, bookshelves, turkey calls, jewelry boxes, tables, and anything else he set his mind to. If he imagined it, he built it.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 35 years, Rita Fleming Beech; his sons, Carman (Shannon) Beech and Chad (Lindsay) Beech; his daughters, Malynda Burdett and Glynda Beech; and his stepsons, Thomas (Trina) Reeves and Kenneth (Sara) Reeves. He also leaves behind a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
Wade will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
A funeral service will be held at 12:00pm on Tuesday, May 5, 2026 at Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home, Vancleave, MS. Friends may visit one hour prior. Burial will follow at Bethel Hill Church Cemetery, Latimer, MS.
