W.C. "Cotton" Fore, 83, of Biloxi, MS passed away Thursday, January 8, 2026. He was born in Gulfport, MS on January 20, 1942.

A wake will be held at 5-8 pm on Friday, January 16, 2026, at St. James Catholic Church. A funeral service will be held at 1 pm on Saturday, January 17, 2026, at St. James Catholic Church. Friends are invited to visit one hour prior. Interment will follow at Floral Hills Cemetery.
