Mr. William "Fish" Bevan, age 74, of Ocean Springs, MS, died Thursday, May 16, 2013, in Ocean Springs, MS. Survivors include his former wife and best friend, Jo Bevan of Biloxi, MS. On Tuesday, May 21, 2013, there will be a 12:30 pm Graveside Service in Biloxi National Cemetery. The Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
