William Eugene “Billy” Jernigan, 79 of Biloxi, MS passed away on August 25, 2026.
He was born on March 12, 1947 in Coffee County, TN to Charles Lankford and Bessie Louise Jernigan. He graduated from Manchester Central High School in Manchester, TN. He was employed as an industrial worker and security guard. He enjoyed gardening and interior decorating.
William was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Lankford Jernigan and Bessie Louise Qualls Jernigan; and siblings, Maymie Holder, Ella Mae Davison, Harry Jernigan, Lonnie Jernigan, and Raleigh Jernigan.
He is survived by his siblings, Edna Jernigan Smith, Mary Ruth Mullins, and Robert Don Jernigan; and a host of loving nieces and nephews.
No services will be held.
