William "Hogman" Frazier, age 77, of Pass Christian, MS passed away on Saturday, October 15, 2022.
Visitation will be held at Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, Howard Avenue in Biloxi, on Friday, October 21, 2022 from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. A graveside service will follow at Biloxi National Cemetery at 12:30 p.m.
