William M. Craig

William M. "Bill" Craig, age 51, of Gulfport, died Wednesday, October 15, 2008 in Gulfport at his home. He was a lifelong resident of Gulfport and had worked for eighteen years with the Department of Leisure Services in Gulfport. He wil be missed as a loving husband, father and son. He was preceded in death by his father, L.B. Craig; brother, Richard G. "Boogie" Craig; paternal grandparents Charles "Chip" Craig and Lena Craig; maternal grandparents, Hazel Malley Austin (Richard) and Veldia Ladner; and a niece Samantha Downs (Brad). He is survived by his wife, Carol Craig; daughter, Jennifer Craig; three sons, Chris White, William White, and Anthony "Tony" Craig; his mother, Olamae White; two brothers, Charles "Pumkin" Craig, and Luther Craig (Selina); and two sisters, Michelle Kleiser (Jeff) all of Gulfport, and Veronica Rogers (Chet) of McHenry; two granddaughters, Olamae and Alexandrea White and a grandson, Caleb Donald, and many nieces and nephews all of Gulfport. The funeral service will be Friday, October 17, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, 15th Street, Gulfport where friends may visit from 1:00 p.m.until the service.
