Mr. Willie L. "Peaches" Fairley Sr., age 64, passed away on Thursday, January 31, 2019.
Willie was born on August 7, 1954, in Vancleave, MS to Benard and Florence Fairley. He attended school in the Vancleave School System and worked for 40 years at Huntington Ingalls Shipbuilding. His hobbies were hunting, fishing and horseback riding.
Willie was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Jerry Fairley and James "Jimmy" Fairley and sisters, Jessie May Briggs and Irene Fairley.
Survivors include his spouse of 40 years, Patricia A. Fairley, children, Leslie L. LaCoste, Christopher T. Booth, Willie (Sophia) Fairley Jr., Richard (Jessie) Fairley and Demetrius Spikes, (6) grandchildren, Dequan LaCoste, Willie Fairley III, Kash Fairley, Willow Fairley, James Fairley and Emmalyn Fairley, four sisters, Vera (Phil) Hanley, Betty (James) Meeks, Doris (Milbert) Bailey and Frances (Steve) Grady and five brothers, Leonard Leroy (Verma) Fairley, Willis "Mike" (Rhonda) Fairley, Alfred (Lois) Fairley, Clifton "Kip" (Alberta) Fairley and Carl (Diedra) Fairley.
Visitation will be on Saturday, February 9, from 10am until 11am, with an 11am church service, all at The Power of Deliverance Church in Gautier, MS. Burial will follow in Cedar Grove Cemetery in Vancleave, MS.
A reception will follow at New Light Family Life Center, 5120 Burney Road in Vancleave at 1PM.
