Yến Bùi

Yến Bùi peacefully passed away with her family by her side. Her family had immigrated to the US from Vietnam in four trips over several years – hers was the fourth trip, after several unsuccessful attempts. Once here, she embraced the new culture, enjoyed travelling to visit family, and spent quality time with her grandkids and great-grandkids during summers and holidays. She was preceded in death by her husband Qúy Nguyễn, her daughter Dung, and her great-granddaughter Scarlett. She is survived by seven children – Hà, Hùng (Peter), Kim, Hồng (Teresa), Tuyết (Mary), Tuấn (Joseph), and Khanh (Ken); 15 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be at Bradford O’Keefe Funeral Home on Howard Avenue in Biloxi on Tuesday, December 27, 2022 and Wednesday, December 28, 2022 from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, December 29, 2022 at Vietnamese Martyrs Catholic Church at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Biloxi City Cemetery.
