Zula Marie Loper

Zula Marie Loper, 82, of Perkinston, MS, passed away on Friday, April 15, 2016 in Wiggins. She is preceded in death by her parents, Willie and Roland Smith; and her step-son, Morris Nelson Loper. Mrs. Loper’s survivors include her husband, Joseph Nelson Loper; 3 sisters; 3 brothers; 2 daughters; 10 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren. Private services will be held at a later date. The Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
